While I am completely in support of the Me Too movement; today my heart is really challenged. There is just something in the milk not clean in regards to Bills Cosby.
The iconic comedian Bill Cosby at the age of 81 was sentenced today 3-10 years in State Prison. This sentencing hearing was a result of his conviction back in April on three counts of sexual assault.
I understand the plight of the victims and you do the crime, you pay the time. However, there is a laundry list of powerful men of other races granted have done far worse assault and free today. As a matter of fact, President Trump has been confirmed to have groped a few women in flaunting his wealth and power. He is not in jail!
Bill Cosby is 81 years old, which means he can literally live out the rest of his days in prison. I believe this was a setup to openly humiliate and destroy his life’s work.
I pray for Bill Cosby and the victims. No one really wins in this situation.
